Flow for ADHD Series
Elevate your energy and reconnect with joy, gratitude, and positive flow states. This series follows the Flow Dance Meditation method - Connect · Move · Release - guiding you into presence, inviting the body to move freely, and supporting emotional release so you finish feeling grounded, uplifted and clear.
Designed to support a regular self-practice of conscious dance and meditation, these audios are guided by Lindsay Jay, founder of Flow Dance Meditation. You can practise at home or in nature, all you need is a good pair of headphones. Sessions range from 8 to 30 minutes, giving you both quick resets and deeper journeys to weave into your day.
