Who is this training for?
The training immersion attracts people from a wide range of backgrounds. Yoga and movement teachers, therapists, meditation guides, community facilitators, retreat leaders and those working with ritual, music and embodied practices often find that this work naturally complements what they already offer. Others arrive without a professional label, drawn by a desire to deepen their own embodied awareness before sharing the practice in their own time. No matter your background, the training meets you where you are and supports you to develop confidence, clarity and integrity in sharing the practice.
Our Facilitator Trainings · 2026
In 2026, Flow Dance Meditation offers two facilitator training pathways, Ibiza and Bali. Each training leads to the same qualification and ongoing global support, while offering a distinct pace, format and environment.
February 1st-5th 2026 @ISLAND YOGA LEMBONGAN
Bali is a deeply spiritual island, where ritual, devotion and embodied practice are woven into everyday life.
The Bali facilitator training takes place over five days in Nusa Lembongan, held in a beautiful beachside shala just steps from the ocean. The setting offers space to slow down, integrate deeply and live the practice beyond the training room.
The training is held by an experienced facilitation team, with space for guidance, reflection and personal support throughout the immersion. The longer format allows relationships, embodiment and understanding to unfold gradually over time.
This training is non-residential, allowing you to choose your own accommodation and move in rhythm with island life.
The investment for the Bali training is £795, covering the full five-day facilitator training experience. Accommodation, meals and travel are not included.
This format is well suited to those drawn to immersion, community and a deeper unfolding of the work.
Bali, Feb 2026
April 15th-17th 2026 @INVISA CALA BLANCA
Ibiza is where Flow Dance Meditation was born.
For decades, the island has been a meeting point for music, movement and inner exploration. Its energy supports embodiment, clarity and integration, making it a powerful place to step into facilitation and learn the foundations of the practice.
The Ibiza facilitator training is a three-day residential experience, held within a single, supportive environment. Accommodation, meals and training take place together, allowing you to fully arrive and be held throughout the process.
The training is supported by a layered facilitation team, with live DJ support throughout, creating a strong musical container for the practice.
The investment is £1,150 for a single room or £1,000 for a shared room, inclusive of accommodation, food and the full training experience.
This format suits those drawn to a focused, contained training with depth, structure and ease.
