This guided Flow Dance Meditation is inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model developed by Richard Schwartz, offering a way to experience your parts through the body.
Rather than only understanding your internal system, you are invited to meet it through movement, music, and sensation… allowing insight to become embodied.
Nervous System & Embodiment
Flow Dance Meditation works with the nervous system through vibration (grounding sound) and a natural rhythm of activation and settling.
This supports you to:
• Feel into different parts safely
• Express and release through movement
• Return to a place of awareness and integration
The Practice
Dancing with Your Parts gently guides you to connect with, move with, and relate to different aspects of yourself with curiosity and compassion.
