Rather than only talking through patterns, you are invited to experience relationship as practice, noticing what arises in connection when awareness enters the body.

Flow Dance Meditation works with the nervous system through vibration (grounding sound) and a natural rhythm of activation and settling. This supports you to create safety and regulation together, explore connection through movement and presence, and gently witness the relationship mirror that begins to appear when two people slow down enough to truly feel.

Moving in Relationship guides couples into deeper awareness of themselves, each other, and the patterns, protections and ways of relating that live beneath the surface.

No dance experience needed, just a willingness to connect.
