Norwich, UKA long-standing and deeply valued member of the community, Mich is trauma-informed and known for creating inclusive, accessible spaces. Her work spans diverse groups, from children and neurodiverse individuals to women navigating breast cancer and she shares FDM within Bannatyne’s Gym alongside festivals and retreats. Integrating sound therapy to support nervous system regulation, she brings compassion, integrity and deep respect for individual differences to every space she holds.
